He must be located on a different continent because he wanted to do this at 11:PM PST (8 PM EST) tonight (3/10/16) and he did not give me any instructions on how to make this connection with him. It took a couple of days to get back in contact with the Corel Tech person, a Froilan Angcao, via email and after a couple of unanswered emails to him he finally said he needed to make a "chat/remote desktop session with me". I reloaded Toast 14.1 and it still does not work. Proceed through the Setup Assistant as normalīecause I still had a copy of Toast 8 on my computer (which still works) and considered that the two might be in conflict (years ago that was often a problem) I deleted both of them again using an app deletion program to make sure I got every stray fragment cleaned out. Close the window and launch Toast Titanium installerĦ.
